DELIVERY AND RETURNS

The command

The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by Biostase Access. Biostase Access reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Biostase Access or if Biostase Access considers that the Customer carries a risk of default of payment. Biostase Access then reserves the right to ask its Customer for additional information if he considers it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. Without a response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are canceled. Biostase Access undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

Deliveries in mainland France


The Customer has the choice between several delivery methods, the costs and times of which vary:

The delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and in no case can Biostase Access be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the delivery times.

DOM TOM and International deliveries


International delivery is done by Colissimo. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Deadlines vary depending on the destination. Delivery rates for orders € 20> € 150. Free for any order> 150 €

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount from his local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you want to return a product to us? No problem ! For any return, please send us a small email at contact@biostase-access.fr to let us know. Please specify: the number of your order, the product (s) returned, the reason (s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a voucher or refund. You will thus be assured of the proper handling of your request and of greater speed in its management.

Any Customer can request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim.

If the item is refused by Biostase Access, it is returned to the Customer at Biostase Access's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return was not announced by the customer, a purchase order is automatically created and sent to the customer.

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, if you are returning products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer , in this case you must also return the gift to us to be refunded ( see our T & Cs for more details ).

Orders made on the Biostase Access website cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.
